it was great in general: air-conditioned room, magnificent location close to shopping area and sea side, shops and restaurants and the area- restaurants.

The apartment at Le Massenet France was absolutely fantastic! It was beautifully renovated and clean, with a prime location near shops, restaurants, and the train station. Plus, the balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding area. I loved my stay here!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a great experience.

There were a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area, walk-in showers. It had a private bathroom. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

Had an amazing Xmas stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. We loved being steps away from the beach and promenade. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommended!

Parking was a bit of an issue and the GPS didn't lead us directly to the property. It took some time to figure it out and we ended up parking in a nearby garage.

The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art was just a short 2 km away, perfect for when I felt like immersing myself in culture. The apartment was conveniently located a mere 150 metres from the beach, so I could easily soak up the sun and enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Promenade des Anglais. The Côte d'Azur Airport was also conveniently close, making my arrival and departure a breeze.

Like, who needs a dining area, dishwasher, and oven? And don't get me started on that useless balcony.

We got great value for our money, the room was clean and comfortable with beautiful windows overlooking the pedestrian street. The location was perfect, close to the sea and all the attractions. The staff, Nas and Ben, were fantastic and allowed us to check in early, recommending places to visit and ensuring everything was in order.

Breakfast offerings could have been better, it would have been nice if the owner had met us upon arrival instead of having to retrieve the keys at a nearby merchant.

The apartment had a jaw-dropping view of the sea and was in the best location, with the beach and bustling restaurant quarter just moments away. The apartment itself was mind-blowing, with large windows, comfortable furnishings, and excellent kitchen facilities. The area felt very safe, and there were great amenities nearby. the experience was super and we had a fantastic stay.

I always come back to this place in Nice. I have no regrets. The staff helped with my late departure, which I remember. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, lift. Coming back for Christmas.
